Larry's Smoked Salmon & French Toast

2 beaten eggs
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup milk
Fresh chopped chives (to taste)
1 tsp. salt
Thinly sliced Larry's
1 tsp mustard
Smoked Salmon
1 tsp. pepper
8 slices sourdough bread

Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper in a bowl. Dip bread into mixture and brown in a hot skillet to make French Toast.

Larry's Smoked Salmon Ball

1 tbsp. Horseradish
1 tbsp. Minced Onion
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
8 ounces sfotened cream cheese
5 Ounce Larry's Smoked Salmon or Chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients (except nuts or parsley), form a ball and put in bridge to chill for a couple of hours. Remove from fridge and roll in parsley or chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Larry's Classic Smoked Salmon Appetizer

Thinly slice Larry's smoked salmon. Spread rye toast, bagels or crackers with softened cream cheese. Place salmon on top of cream cheese and garnish with thinly sliced onions and capers.

Larry's Smoked Salmon Stuffed Tomatoes

Cut off the tops of cherry tomatoes. Scoop out seeds and pulp tih a spoon. Combine tomato pulp with finely diced Larry's Smoked Salmon, minced onion and chopped green pepper. Refill tomatoes with moisture and chill untill serving.
 

Larry's Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict

4 poached eggs
4 ounces of sliced cheddar cheese
Your favorite Hollandaise sauce
4 toasted english muffins
4 ounces of sliced Larry's Smoked Salmon
Poach eggs by cracking fresh raw eggs into boiling water. Place cheddar cheese and Larry's Smoked Salmon on toasted english muffins. Cover with Hollandaise sauce.

Larry's Smoked Salmon Omelet

Prepare your favorite omelet recipe and then suff omelet with thin slices of Larry's smoked salmon, fresh chopped dill or pickled capers and softened cream cheese. Garnish top of cooked omelet with more softened cream cheese and fresh dill or capers.

Larry's Smoked Salmon Newberg Over Pasta

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 dash cayenne
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 and 1/2 cup milk or light cream
1 and 1/2 cup of Larry's smoked salmon
Your favorite cooked pasta
Slice Larry's smoked Salmon and place slices in fresh water for 1 hour. Drain water and flake salmon with a pork. In a skillet melt butter and do not brown. Blend in flour. Slowly add milk or cream to make a white sauce. Add flaked Larry's smoked salmon and remaining ingredients. Serve over cooked pasta and serve immediately.

Here's your chance to be creative. Take your favorite green salad and add dice dof flaked salmon. Serve with a mild dressing such as lemon juice and oil.
